Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, you and I will explore different factors that have contributed to your difficult thoughts, feelings, and memories.

I meet with most people once or twice per week for 50-minute sessions. As you progress in treatment and start meeting your goals, we may meet less frequently.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method that helps people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms. Sometimes distressing events can seem like they are “stuck” in our brain; EMDR helps resolve unprocessed traumatic memories and facilitates your brain’s natural healing process.
